I don’t watch Fox News, nor CNN. I cut the cord and watch over the air as well as Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV, Amazon, NHK. TV is an LG. Excellent TV, shitty operating system (known flaw in all LG TVs).

Tiny laptop is to communicate with the corporate motherships computer networks.

The single time I used the iPad Pro in the hospital, Netflix password was stolen and account hijacked.

Movies can stored on a networked drive, but that costs $$$ (hundreds to thousands) to buy a network drive hub with multiple drive striping and access manager to locally stored Apple TV, Movies+, and whatever service I used to use. Otherwise movies were stored locally on my iPhone on trips to Cambodia. iPhone has corporate programs that communicate with the mothership every 10-15 minutes (used to be every minute). and require a minimum iPhone OS level.

I know that others can do it cheaper with Linux, but I am not that tech savvy. I also know I can use Kodi, but not that tech savvy.

What is the point ? Is there a better way ?
I’m a old man , not some young whippersnapper.
I would love to improve the situation and watch fox on cable t.v.
but it snot available here . I don’t cheat them even tho they offer alot of free benefits to veterans
( if I used a VPN ) which is cheating ….. I know i could watch highlights on their you tube channel
but that snot the same .. ….
WwJD ?
