Here’s the bigger question. Let’s say in the distant future, there is a way to reverse cryopreservation and there is a cure for whatever caused them to go into cryo.

Why would people in the future spend the time, effort, and resources, to resuscitate people from the past and cure them of their disease?

I’m pretty sure there are bigger problems in the future than thawing people from the past, curing them of their disease, and making them new bodies.

Even if being resurrected in a few hundred years was even remotely possible, the risks seem to far outweigh the rewards.
You'd be under the control of whoever woke you up, and there's no telling if they're going to be "good" or "bad."
Whatever wealth, prestige, education you had back in your day would be primitive or even laughable to the people of the future.

The rich and powerful being preserved now are basically penniless in the future. Depending on the charity of future rich and powerful to resuscitate them, and then cure them. It’s even worse for those poor rich who only have their heads frozen, who will need new bodies made for them.

And what’s the advantage for people in the future to do this? Maybe bring back 1-2 for archeologic anthropology curiosity. Otherwise, people from hundreds of years ago are completely unequipped to deal with current modern life and would require a long period of adjustment and retraining just to function and contribute.
