And there's Microsoft's problem with XP, for a company that sells OSes they made one that was too reliable for the consumer to want to change it...

Re: Microsoft Windows 9. Huzzah!
you just like to be perverse, NO body likes to have to click click to turn off the fucker. It's like those stupid "are you SURE you wanna DO that? (you moron)" nag windows that pop up.General Mackevili wrote:I love the start menu.clippy wrote:i hope they dont bring back the start menu.
XP is ENOUGH for most ppl. I have it on this lappie, BUT i'm runnin LxPop Linux at the moment, runs off a 4 gig usb stick. AND if virtual desktops are what I think they are, it has that already. I've got it set up for 4 desktops so I can keep work/windows seperate and just bop back an forth as I want.
Re: Microsoft Windows 9. Huzzah!

Re: Microsoft Windows 9. Huzzah!
I'd be more than happy to go back to XP. The most stable MS platform I've ever used, way better than Win 7 in my experience. Not tried Win 8. Just goes back to the time tried wisdom of don't fix it if it ain't broken.StroppyChops wrote:And there's Microsoft's problem with XP, for a company that sells OSes they made one that was too reliable for the consumer to want to change it...
