Still getting 6Mbps on the $13 3Mbps Opennet connection, but the upspeed is woeful.

Yes, pretty much. Do have occasional dropouts though. Good enough for our use.

This article is a joke. Smart has the most frequency and they are complaining there isn't enough.

I agree they need to open up the frequencies to help operators invest in 4G but Smart should be the first to give up the frequencies they are sitting on as they have a shit load of it.
