You're supposed to empty the tuk-tuk before uploading it.

That's amazing that you get that speed with Opennet. Is it consistent?StroppyChops wrote:Still getting 6Mbps on the $13 3Mbps Opennet connection, but the upspeed is woeful.

Yes, pretty much. Do have occasional dropouts though. Good enough for our use.Jacobincambodia wrote:That's amazing that you get that speed with Opennet. Is it consistent?StroppyChops wrote:Still getting 6Mbps on the $13 3Mbps Opennet connection, but the upspeed is woeful.

I wonder if Cellcard is one of the telcos referenced in this Khmer Times article as "holding frequencies but not using them."Jacobincambodia wrote:Interesting. When is Cell card going to join the party?6EQUJ5 wrote:From today's Phnom Penh Post: Telecoms rush to provide 4G

Re: Metfone 4G?
This article is a joke. Smart has the most frequency and they are complaining there isn't enough.
I agree they need to open up the frequencies to help operators invest in 4G but Smart should be the first to give up the frequencies they are sitting on as they have a shit load of it.
