And I have no problem downloading stuff from the Pirate Bay.

I subscribe to Google Music because they have finally figured out how to sell new a service that I can't get for free, and they sell it at a reasonable price.

It's a shame they didn't realise they needed to simply offer more than you could just get for free back in 2000 when [fuck, I forget the name of that super popular P2P network after Napster] was thriving.

MPAA handled piracy much better and sooner, with delivery services, RedBox, Netflix, etc.

Google Play didn't figure out Jack. Spotify and Grooveshark has been around for decades.

It's a shame you never heard of them. The differences are just too many to imagine!

Something tells me I can substitute Google Play fairly well with http://www.youtify.com/

Was with spotify but changed to Google all access. I liked spotify, don't get me wrong, but Google syncs with more devices plus I found its predictions more suited to my tastes.

Only downside to Google is it doesn't have metallica.

Can you play local offline songs with Google Play? You can with Spotify.

Metallica is really reacting a bit specially to new technology. Always have, always will, and don't get me started on Gene Simmons!

Yes, although it can be buggy getting them to display in your library. Have added 'downloaded' content successfully.

LoL, I've not only hard of them, I've used both and prefer Google Music.
