Dolphin or CEO glitch?
Is anyone else using Dolphin browser on an andoid tablet to access CEO? Are you getting any page rendering problems? I keep getting this happen
ie: the div.topnav bar gets drawn some way down the screen and the embeded buttons stop working. It then proceeds to wander up and down the screen as I scroll the page. I think it may be getting drawn wherever it would be if (some of) the div.prime-logo, div.nav-bar and div.page-header were being drawn in the visible screen area.
Not every page, not all the time, but often enough to be a PITA. I've not seen it happen in Firefox on my netbook. Haven't tried a.n.other browser on the tablet yet.
Maybe it's a Dolphin problem or maybe there's something slightly dodgy in the css

I mentioned it to the general the other day but that was using Firefox for android. Just stick with tapatalk now so no problem.

Hey WJF!walkjivefly wrote:Hmm, the embedded image didn't work in preview either. Here's a link instead

Actually, the embedded images are working fine, but you need to link to the actual image, not just the page it's on.
Ex. http://www.craziness.com/abc.jpg (works) VS http://www.craziness.com/abc
Damn, we thought it was solved. But I think we only checked Chrome and Firefox.Digg3r wrote:I mentioned it to the general the other day but that was using Firefox for android. Just stick with tapatalk now so no problem.

Had a quick go at CEO with Chrome and Firefox on android. Saw the bar in the wrong place once with Chrome, not at all with Firefox. But 10 minutes and half a dozen topics is not exactly exhaustive testing.
Tapatalk seems a lot more useful so far with CEO than 440 but again, 2 minutes is a bit soon for conclusions.
Thanks for the response.

Re: Dolphin or CEO glitch?
yeah, that bar float just doesn't play well in mobile in general... it's because of how they report their scroll position. thinking i may have to lock it static to the top for mobile browsing.

+1 on Tapatalk, so easy to use and with a decent 3G connection you can always be connected.
