Any shop selling phones in any market have them, you need to look carefully at the writing on the cable to determine rating. Unfortunately not all cables are marked. If its just a replacement for your charger check the external thickness. In the market they seem to have two and one is thicker than the other. The thicker ones seem to be of better quality/durability. If you want good quality cables get them from Chantra Computer or PTC Computer.
