Leave out #8 and that's a pretty solid response, WJF. Nice.

I guess none of that appeals to me. I want a device that just works, all the time and is fairly simple. I hear Android devices attract quite a few viruses/malware.walkjivefly wrote:1. It's cheaperJacobincambodia wrote:Someone tell me why u should use an Android device over an iPhone.

@jacob,
Perhaps you should have a read of this Top 5 Android security apps: Do they protect you?, before dismissing the previous reasons for android.
btw, I have neither an iPhone nor an Adroid.

A few years ago, iPhones were noticeably smoother.Jacobincambodia wrote:I guess none of that appeals to me. I want a device that just works, all the time and is fairly simple. Android has caught right up with iPhones.
Now it just comes down to a personal preference.
They both "just work."

And until a few weeks ago iPhone offered NOTHING with a screen larger than their standard 2.5 inch screen.

Everytime I play with someone's Android device, I feel lost and I think cumbersome.General Mackevili wrote:A few years ago, iPhones were noticeably smoother.Jacobincambodia wrote:I guess none of that appeals to me. Most people customize them. Easy to do.Jacobincambodia wrote:

You should mess with one fresh outta the box.
And it takes more than just "playing" with someone's customized phone to get used to it.
Most android users would be lost if they just picked up an iPhone.
P.S. I'm a Samsung Galaxy FanBoy. I'd be a Google Nexus FanBoy, but they don't offer external storage.

I also enjoy the seamless experience between my Mac and iPhone. Everything just stays synced. It's easy. And what would I do without Tweetbot???General Mackevili wrote:Most people customize them. Easy to do.Jacobincambodia wrote:
