Big one today. England v India. Should be a boisterous crowd and a must-win game for England after misfiring in a few games.
Agree on Archer, proper express pace and a joy to watch his effortless bowling. Albeit he looks a doubt for today's game.

6/106
17 overs remaining
Run rate required, 7.8
Jadeja just hit a rare 6
...now a 4
Commentators are talking like it is still a contest but I can't see it myself.

Re: The Cricket World Cup
Still a chance. They are about level with what NZ had at the same point, with fewer wickets in hand. If these two stay in for the next 8-9 overs they will have a slim chanceSternAAlbifrons wrote: ↑Wed Jul 10, 2019 7:35 pm 6/106

Re: The Cricket World Cup
New Zealand win by 18 runs.
India V Australia was the final I was hoping to see. Ah well, we'll have to take the cane out of the cupboard and give the Kiwis a good thrashing after we've dispatched of the poms.
