I like sport.
But have no interest in NBA and most other ‘American’ sports. No idea who Draymond is.
If a link was attached then maybe, I might read it. But like this, nope not for me.

I think (some) Yanks forget that the world is made up of many other countries and those from other countries mostly have little interest in USA stuff. Except politics - that’s funny.

I heard Cambodians really like NBA and basketball is pretty popular these days due to the connections with LBC (Long Beach California) ...,lots of Lakers, Clippers, Warriors and Kings fans. Seen a lot of NBA jerseys around PP. The Warriors are my home team and have been league champions a few times in the past decade. Draymond is their tough guy/Bad boy. But his career may be done for.

You might be right. But I don’t know any Cambodians who follow NBA. Khmer sports fans I know follow football - EPL and a couple of bigger European teams like Juve, PSG, Real and Barca. But they mostly follow the individual more than the team and sports knowledge is generally quite poor.
They went nuts for SEA games but outside a few major sports they didn’t understand the rules, they just got caught up in the excitement

They couldn't even put out a real team in the Asean games. They stuffed the team with 7ft American black ringers and everyone pretended not to notice.

That's mostly true about Americans ... their big 3 NFL, MLB, NBA ... after that it drops off pretty quick ... with 40 million visaless immigrants, and tens of thousands pouring in monthly through the open southern front ... won't be long (maybe a couple decades) where those sports will play second fiddle to football (soccer).

I got into sumo big time when I lived in Japan. Love that ancient sport. Fun to see live too.

NBA fan here, don’t think I’ve ever posted about it on the Cambodia forums though. Not many interested here, I keep it to basketball forums.

No idea who he is and not interested.
Same as the incessant talk about Thailand by only one poster. If we are interested (which we are not) we would go on a Thai forum.

Soccer, rugby, Oz football, tennis, cricket and golf are all dull and if I want to talk about AFL I will at the bar or search my own.
