Re: Reasonably cheap bicycle in Phnom Penh
Place for bicycle > Heng Ly market
Many resellers , large choice, can bargain as seller are all at the same place.
I bought one there, if you don't like for example the saddle ask for a change.
They have many spare parts.

Go to the NGO hangouts. With all the other Barang guys going after Khmer girls you have little competition. Too true ! There is nothing for white women in Asia. In Phnom Penh: The Factory , the nerd nights, Bassac Lane, Bars in TTP, TTP Lane (st 155) etc... Be ready to be a feminist, liberal , left...

It's interesting how white women think they will keep the good treatment they have in their home country. A man is nice cause he wants to fuck. When he can... Well... Since when "It’s true that a lot of Asia is very much patriarchal and male dominated, and Vietnam is no exception to this" ...

Good news !
For now the only advantages of taking the bus are cheap, AC, avoid pollution and most of all > safety !
Can't wait for the skytrain to be done to avoid traffic.
By the way there is an app for bus , "StopsNearMe"

Re: Girl Student Killed in Hit and Run (VIDEO)
Prime minister is interested in the case. Hope he will make an example of it.
The victim is dead now , death sentence won't bring her back.
But something like some time in prison + cut one finger to remember what she did is more than wrong
could be (but won't happen) an appropriate punishment

Re: Cambodian Food
"The best would be to eat in countryside with farmer where they cook for real." The bucolic notion that rural cuisine is rsuperior is an illusion. They work hard and would happily devour the table the meal sits on. I’ve been living in rural Cambodia for almost 2 decades and am weary of th...
