for example the neighbour, howling with their dogs around every midnight... Here the dogs do a karaoke more or less every night/morning between 2 & 5am - one starts and it's all go. You can't do much about it (although I get up and throw stones when it's too close) - just don't take it personal...

I exited the country in August via Siem Reap, and my thoughts were that the Immigration Officers there were grumpy old cnuts that didn't really want to be there. They didn't speak, they just made a grunting noise and a hand gesture to beckon the next in line. Surely, as SR is the main entrance point...
