I agree.
It has been raining in Kampot for the last 40 plus days straight, we go a little crazy down here when it rains: the noticeboard is evidence of that.

The guy went into a staff only kitchen and when he was asked to leave abused the staff. I assume it started as a lack of understanding and communication but it doesn't excuse his behavior. Try walking into any hotel anywhere in the world, walk into their kitchen and start trying to make your own lun...

The above pictured implement is a katrang cafe. As far as I know only Robusta is grown in Cambodia, not Arabica. I have heard them (the coffee socks) refered to as 'gafea kranut' which would translate to coffee fabric. I have heard rumours of Arabica plants up north but not old enough to produce ye...
