Don't mess with the food chain, it's been working well for a long time already. You definitely got a point there. There's been an awful lot of dead people as a result from the mosquito though already. Might be worth letting the Polka Dot Beaked Hummingbird and the Tasmanian Fire Penguins go extinct...

Cows ? I don't agree. I grew up with cows - most pleasant, charming animals. Perfectly harmless. Obviously, as a school kid you never milked cows in a cowshed, while barefooted , and had one stand on your toes.
