The investors are not demanding companies to exploit anybody because if they do their reputation will be damaged costing them billions in forgone sales ...

Siem Reap during covid was peaceful. Everyone was leaving and going out of business. It's great to see the place coming back to life again (new buildings and investment money), but it is literally impossible to find a hotel room that doesn't constantly shake from construction tools, subwoofer bass ...
