The loud music noise issue seems to be an issue across most of SE Asia

People don't seem to care if they disturb their neighbours or anybody else, and everybody else seems to put up with it

Where are they getting the money from to hire all these people you wonder ?, when they can't afford to give customers their own money back to them for flights Air Asia cancelled ?

Oh, maybe they're using the money they have stolen from their customers ?
