You can’t find Modafinil in pharmacies here. Users order them online, it’s quite cheap but with shipment $1 a pill is not unusual.
You will need to ask someone here who has some stock to sell you a few pills to try.

Re: Information on Coronavirus / COVID-19 in Cambodia (Latest Updates April 2021)
We can’t expect herd immunity with Sinovac, even with 100% of the population vaccinated. The vaccin is effective to keep most of us out of intensive care and significantly reduce the death-toll. Serrana town is 98% Sinovac vaccinated, it would be great to keep an eye on their May and June numbers. h...

Re: Medication to help with concentration and alertness.
According to myth and legend, one of the more famous things that Cambodia is known for is the ability to buy over-the-counter drugs at will, without the hassle of getting a prescription from a doctor, as we'd usually have to do in the west. I'm not a big drug taker of any kind - I'd have to have a ...

Unfortunately international airport hubs are in these countries and that’s a travel bottle neck out of our control.

Re: Covid-19 VACCINE News
Covid is now the third leading cause of death in some countries. New variants are popping out every month.
Beside mass vaccination, how can we get out of this pandemic?

Re: Current percentage of infected in red zones 5% to 8%
It’s the only way out of our misery. There is another way out, via the airport. Which, to me, is looking more and more viable as the days pass... A bit melodramatic. Cambodia (or Phnom Penh) has had a few weeks of shit. Not sure we're in a position to complain too much yet Many business in the hosp...

Re: Covid-19 VACCINE News
Thank you armchairlawyer for the link Regarding sinovac age limits, it’s safe from 3 years old, and there has been two tests in China and Brazil for the 60 to 70 years old range. All good, some countries are already vaccinating the elders with Sinovac, so I presume Sinopharm as we...

Re: Current percentage of infected in red zones 5% to 8%
I don’t understand many decisions taken by the gouvernement, but we are lucky Cambodia is playing the vaccination card full speed. We are ahead most (all?) SEAsia countries and a local Phnom Penh/Kandal herd immunity is likely reachable within three months. It’s the only way out of our misery. Sent ...

Re: Covid-19 VACCINE News
Thanks for the tip, if I remember well, you need 0.2mg per Kg body weight, two times, 3 days apart and this every month.
That’s the prevention dosage.
