They are all Chinese* because they would have been on the same flight... from China. So do you blame the Chinese, or the hotel/security?
Lots of foreign flights have a layover in China before landing in Cambodia. I doubt ever single passenger was Chinese.

Re: Okhna Buys Baby Eagles to Release into his Palm Plantations

No way are those birds eagles (some kind of hawk or harrier I’m guessing) they are way to small and judging by the stage of their plumage they are not going to grow so much bigger, especially if they are only getting fed strips if cleaned chicken, they need feather, fur, bones for calcium, vitamins...

Domestic pets don't roam the streets night or day including cats
90% of the dogs/cats you see walking around are somebody's pet.

To the OP, I'm sorry that happened to you. No matter which country I live in, I would never let a pet of mine roam unattended.

Re: BYRON CUNAN, 31Yo Filipino Teacher, Passes Away in Phnom Penh Hospital

The hospitals are very much on guard for Covid-19. It is inconceivable that someone so young with a severe life threatening respiratory condition would not be tested. And if that came back as positive he would be in the Khmer Soviet hospital or another isolation unit, where all positives go, not le...

Re: Second hand scooter: main criteria?

Don't look at what the odometer says. Let the nicks, caked dirt, and stains tell you if it was heavily used or well cared for. Try to look under the plastics for caked crude too. They are smart on how to make an older used bike look pretty on the outside.

Possible illegal hawks for sale

I hope nobody contacts the sellers of these ads. I dont want to spook them. I'm sure this is an illegal sale. Nobody in falconry (that I could imagine) would trim the birds talons off. My hopes are some of you with contacts in law enforcement dealing in illegal wildlife trafficking, will contact the...

Re: Military Man Shoots Another Military in the Head Over Headlights

Road rage. I'm happy and surprised the victim was able to keep up or able to identify the suspect to the police. IDK if they were both in motion when he made the shot or not. If so, that would be a pretty good shot even if he was aiming at the headlight. He'd have to let the gap get big enough for t...
