Is he a lawyer? So what is the definition of 'river bank'? Can you provide one? It's not a very definitive term, is it? Where does it end? We know it starts just above the waterline, yes? Who could help us find out? Maybe a guy who specialises in land law? Just an idea. Am I missing something here?
