Just to add for anyone's future reference the following copy documents are required for 1yr visa application if you do not have work permit...... Though all of this is still to confirm to a successful conclusion. - legal Khmer wedding documentation, including wedding certificate, MOI, and Sangkat do...

So first of all a great big shout of thanks to PSD Kiwi (again). As suggested by PSD getting the visa would seem possible with all the Khmer marriage documents, but when checking it would seem that Mrs Kennzo has misplaced one of our documents - the MOI document, leaving it with Sangkat authorities ...

So arrived back in PP today after my Xmas break with just 6 days left on my 1yr visa. I'm only here 10 days before shooting off again on business so I thought I'd just apply for a tourist visa for now to get me over these few days then back to my application for a fresh 12 month visa. Then definitely try for the ER EOS, if the first agent says cannot then shop around. Don't mention that you're still working though. Failing that, go for the 12 mth EB EOS if you have a Cambodian marriage cert. Yes I have legal Khmer wedding certificate so looks like EB EOS is the way to go. Many t...

The "documents proving marital status" as mentioned in the Prakas are for foreign non-working spouses... But the DoI will issue 12 mth EB EOS's to non-working foreigners who are legally married in the Kingdom, fact. PSD-Kiwi You're a star, I have legal Khmer marriage certificate so looks ...
