If he has good reason to think that, approach pentesting/security companies. They will usually have the equipment needed to do a full sweep. Don't stay in Cambodia. You can always hold shows/events/clinics here when you have a project going. I'd head south. Bali, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. I've gotten used to the mask and will continue using it even when covid no longer a concern. Mask, sunglasses and cap. Perfect for public anxiety. And I don't need to trim my facial hair.
