A little update:just have called a friend in Siem Reap (guest house owner).......... the 2 persons were NOT arrested at the same time and place......the newspapers insofar are wrong. Well, my guess is that "somebody" has an urgent need for tea money for the upcoming Chinese New Year. Going to cost them around $ 10.000 I'd say. On the other hand......times are changing and I really would like to advice everybody to stay away from illegal substances.
