No, you're reading it wrong. The shot is the green line going from left to right and the shooting position is 90ft above the target. I watched a YT video where they made a 4200yd shot. It's not as bad as it may seem though, because a job I did in SNVL had the exact same problem. Solution? Pay an EDC guy on the side to upgrade the trip in the outside post box from 10 to 20 amps. It's a tough question, I know. In Jakarta it would probably be the gridlocked traffic. I've heard a lot of bad stories about that over the years. Never been there myself. Is it only at rush hour? Or throughout the day? I hated it when there were Moto jams in Vietnam, and everyone kept their engines...
