You may be able to apply for a ER if you satisfy the requirements. You don’t need to be 55+, just need to supply proof of income not necessarily a pension income. Your wife may be able to apply for a spouse ER visa, but, as she’s got “Africa” in her passport it may be more difficult. Try Thailand or...

TRD was the optional off road package which would be pretty silly in 2WD!
I have seen a 2WD TRD though. Well, it turned out was just a standard Tacoma with TRD sticker set which might be why people think there are 2WD TRDs.
