Re: rural idiom
Duncan, I know of no such idiom that'll satisfy the urgency of your situation. I think that to say "dont be silly women arent allowed to leave the house!" is overstated. I suspect that each couple will reach terms that'll establish domestic harmony, but no man will extend that right to his...

Re: moringa oleifera
Gavin wrote, "I never heard of Moringa until very recently myself, so by no means an authority on it..." Nor am I. Before this thread I was Morimga challenged; I just happened to.luck out due to a fortuitous concurrence of events. But here are the results of the first partial harvest of a ...

It's a mite labor intensive in that the seeds must be removed from the pod, dried and.then the husk removed from each seed. I tried my first seed a few minutes ago. The tast...

Re: moringa oleifera
I've heard of it before, but what do Cambodians call this tree? It seems unlikely that the genus and species Latin nomenclature will be found in a dictionary. Also, a previous poster claims it's sold in PP; does anyone know where? I suspect that if one knows the Cambodian word herbalists in local ma...

Re: Cambodian Ambassador to South Korean Arrested This Morning by ACU for Corruption
I would suggest there's a huge difference. While all Western countries are not immune to the problem; it's not the SYSTEM. If you don't believe me try paying a bit of friendly bacshish to a cop anywhere in N. America and Europe and see what it gets you then compare with The K.of W.

Re: Cambodian Ambassador to South Korean Arrested This Morning by ACU for Corruption
The moral of the newspaper story may be that you are not corrupt unless you oppose the government. Corruption isn't a problem in The K of Wonder, people who oppose it are.
