this whole karma point thing reminds me of having a photo contest on Facebook and the most likes ( friends) win

State again, far prefer a like button for the submission than karma points for the poster ( as Thai visa has)

Can one travel from Banlung in Rattanakiri to Sen Monorom in Mondulkiri by car without going back to HWY 13 and Kratie and Stung Treng.
