Korean Air sent an email, flight schedule changed to have 50 minutes layover. Since it’s frequently late we’re just switching to Eva or Singapore with 2-3 hours layover.

I think Eva air has more forgiving layover times if the price it right for you.

I had insurance through my employer, wasn’t cheap but they paid out $100k plus including a medivac to Thailand.

When I didn’t have that I arranged for emergency coverage high deductible that I didn’t need to use.
