What is actually the legal status re. hidden cameras in Cambodia ? I mean some naive tourists are flying drones over the royal palace or HIS house and promptly get arrested, and then some dirty NGOs come along, install hidden cameras in your bedroom and they seem to be allowed to act with impunity.
