Well this question went from useful information into something that has gone so far over my head I dont even know where to begin. So to bring it all back on course I went out and bought the cheapest UPS i could find $35 which more than covers my 450w computer. Needless to say the computer restarts ...

You may remember an article about debt in Kandal province being at saturation level in certain communes. They also have to contend with members of the ruling CPP stealing their land in other ways. It's getting harder and harder for me to see the CPP winning next year while they still let this stuff...

I remember asking this question on tof and the reply seemed to be that SNVL is lawless compared to PP when it comes to achieving a just result. Do you concure with this view?

Good points JSP, all well taken. However these symptoms were present in those still incarcerated. 24 to be exact. If it's contagious I never heard of it. Maybe they are all separate diseases. Actually, it sounds like TB. It would account for the lung problems and its asscociated kidney problems. K...
