No tuktuk in Stung Treng. Nice small town with cheap good hotels.Friendly people. One hour to Laos.
Food is just ok nothing close to Thai food. No breeze in hot season.

There is a similar place called four rivers floating lodge about 15 kms outside Koh Kong city. The price is a lot less if you just show up midweek.

I saw some similar slippers in a second-hand Japanese store. They were still in the plastic. Maybe not big enough for westerners.

Hi Is it possible to extend an ER visa the same day you arrive in Phnom Penh? I'm going up near Stung Treng and don't want to travel back again to Phnom Penh.

That is bloody tragic...them to have called for help and stil died (unsurprising given where they were). I had thought that was a bit of incorrect information originally, the bit about them going to hospital. Geez. i dont see why they didnt try to resusitate them whilst they were in the room? or at...
