I just checked my bill from January. It was $70 for a consultation. I do have insurance, and he did ask that as one of the first questions, both this time and a few years ago. I don't know if that affects the price in any way.

It alone will not solve the problem, but it will lessen the financial burden on the state normally associated with lengthy prison terms and send a very strong message. iirc, it cost around $80/day to keep someone in prison in the US. What I can do is actually work as a volunteer for a couple of weeks as Im already cleared for working for kids since Ive been a part time teacher in the past. All the police clearence looks the same anyway. It's something Ive always have wanted to do anyways so it's a double win. If I'm not mistake...

A fine for smoking weed in 2004 won't even show on your record, unless you ask for an extended record. Even if the Cambodian government would ask for it, you could just ask for a regular record and they wouldn't know the difference. Norway is pretty strict about releasing extended criminal records. ...
