@truffledog and Alex those are pretty strong and unnecessary charactorizations. I'm not sure why you feel the need to vilify this stuff and the unfortunate folks discussed in the news article, these people are already eff'ed for a very long time.

From what I understand that amount of drugs was not the initial arrest amount. The amount ballooned in some sort of plea deal gone wrong and now the defendants are eating the much higher amount. RIP to Christine McVie, I'd reckon that both McVie' s and Mick would submit that Fleetwood Mac was a shadow of a band compared to the post Nicks and Buckingham years.

"Veep" maybe the best written and executed sitcom ever. If you can't keep up with the jokes that does not lessen the program's funnyness. How you could not find South Park funny seems to me to be a 'viewer deficiency' also. There is no such thing as 'British humor' other than maybe gallows...
