There is a plague, and I'd bet Cintri closing down has something to do with it. No garbage collection on my street for weeks, mosquitoes love this kind of thing.

This was a robbery gone wrong, resulting in a totally unplanned shooting.
The point is that mass shootings in the US are normally pre-meditated. Bank robberies in the US are normally classified as completely different to mass-shootings.
