I didn't really look at the background until you mentioned it. That brings home a stark reality of what the Cambodian penal facilities look like in real life - shitholes you wouldn't store stray dogs in.

Do you think they have en-suite bathroom facilities?

Re: UK News, Updates and Discussion

The South Asian immigrant community in the UK (especially those originally from Pakistan and Bangladesh) have been disproportionately "vaccine hesitant" and they also seem to be more keen to travel internationally (e.g. to Pakistan for weddings and funerals). Wider social concepts such as...

Re: UK News, Updates and Discussion

In the last couple of days before India was put on the red list hundreds flew in to London on shared private jets, thousands more came via other European countries. There were pictures and videos of huge lines of people from India crowded into customs. Boris should not have given warning it encoura...

Lol 😂😂😂😂, A CCJ for Bojo, send the bailiffs in I say, https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-57087274 Let's hope he doesn't tell any lies in his application o set aside the judgement. Re: Where to now?

Next stop UK, for 2 months to get vaxxed up, see a few people, do some shopping etc. I'm also heading back to the UK. The reason was primarily to get vaccinated and then return to Cambodia, but the more I think about it, the more excited I am at returning to some sort of normality, having been here...

Re: Where to now?

Colombia is a little sketchy at the moment mate I visited in 2008 and its top 3 country in world for beautiful woman IMO Yeah, Colombia got slammed by Covid, and their vax rates are still very low. This is surprising given it's #22 global ranking in healthcare and the probably the best in South Ame...

Re: Following the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak - News and Discussion

England's infection rate has fallen by half to 0.1% of the population from 0.2% since March in ongoing surveys by the Imperial College London. Either of those numbers is impressive. Note: The study does not cover Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, which each have their own case tracking. Headlin...

Re: Where to now?

Next stop UK, for 2 months to get vaxxed up, see a few people, do some shopping etc. Then Mexico for a month, thereafter south. I did plan Costa Rica, Panama and then Colombia, but with PCR tests required for all three, I might just head for Colombia. Total trip plan of 4-6 months, and perhaps a lot...
