From my experience there are no worries. British passport= no problem. There are no kids passports in cambodia. They can travel on the mother's khmer passport but can't have their own(khmer passport). If they have their own passport ( in my case English) there are no problems. Letters of consent are...

I tried a lot of different places and this was the best one i found. I must of gone to nearly every pediatrician in PP. If you don't mind paying, this is the one. Not expensive and you can actually speak with the doctors rather than being spoken to.
