I don't know if there are any schools that 'wont ask him any questions'. However, he could try BELTEI, ELT and PUC. I think that BELTEI ask their applicants to do some kind of written submission, like a lesson plan, and they might charge a deposit on the text books he'll need for his classes. I thi...

Jesus guys, he's teaching online, not moving 100k worth of stocks on the market every few hours... I've had maybe one very short power cut in the past year. youve definitely not been living in SHV thats for sure!! earlier this year we were getting powercuts nearly daily and some for multiple hours ...

I have been teaching English online for years, working my way round SEA
Pays enough for my rent, rice and beers.
