I used a Seatel 4G modem for 6 months and thought it was excellent. That said, I was mainly based in the city centre and didn't venture out into the country much.

They were a bit of a pain to recharge, but internet speed was reasonably fast (comparatively)

This may sound like a stupid question, but why are we reinstalling Win 7 and not going all out for Win10? Is it a licensing thing, because if you end up at 99% of stores in PP, I'd bet a testicle on it not being legit....
