I have no idea how promotion works in the Cambodian hospitality industry, but in the US it is always from within. He may have meant "people of color" which is a broad term used in the US to refer to everyone who is not white, not necessarily black people.

She lost her country? What does that mean? It would be nice to have the khmer original for reasons like this. If we had the khmer word, we could use other resources to identify it or maybe some of our posters who read khmer (or are khmer) would be able to explain... but losing a country? Is it losin...
