If you need local developer who do ASP.Net just post it in Local Communities Group in Facebook. It is not hard to find ASP.Net developers in Cambodia. NodeJS or Ruby on Rails devs are really hard to find and those charge really expensive.

I think it is sometimes important, so far I worked with some Veggie stores around BKK1 & Toul Tom Pong, but those of them don't really want to call their products are Certified Organic Products.

I checked around many different organic stores around Phnom Penh, most of them tell me that their products are organic, but when I asked about Certificate, then tell me that it is on the process or it's hard to get it in Cambodia.
