$5-7 an hour is that the average or your personal experience? seems a bit low

So Im moving to Cambodia in mid April and I was wondering if anyone knows of any schools in Sihanoukville that are hiring. Which schools are there and if any of them are hiring. Also I have heard that the pay is less than Phnom Penh is that true? Any tips, leads or any other info would be appreciate...
