Grab and Passapp tariff from the airport. I assume you're actually referring to the airport tuk-tuks/taxis...if you book via the apps and go out to the pick-up point (old airport train station - they don't let them inside now) you pay whatever the ride is worth. Does the child have a Cambodian Birth Certificate issued by the mother's registered Sangkat? If not, then that is the first step. Having an e-Visa is the same as having a Visa/EOS, so will negate the need for the requirements Kammekor posted as it says for those applying for VOA. Airlines covering their asses in case passengers get denied entry....those are not official requirements for Visa on Arrival, but Immigration officers will often demand them, and more, from travellers with certain passports ie. any African, South Asian, Middle Eastern, South American passport holder...

Also, for online payments I usually use Virtual Debit Card, again, only transfer what is needed to the account.
