Do accept the Cambodian goverment a dual nationality??

My wife ( khmer passport) lives in the Netherlands, and she want a dutch passport. We are married, so the dutch goverment accept the dual nationality. But im wondering if the khmer govrrment accept this, or she must give up her khmer passport.
