Ended up parking at a spot 20 metres from the border at koh kong due to late plans, and the insurance factor. Also does anyone have current information on the condition of the roads to Koh Kong or Pailin from Phnom Penh? I heard Sre Ambel - Koh Kong road was a bomb-site about a month ago. Thanks.
