In larger cities most people speak English because there are many tourists. In the smaller ones, not so much. In the countryside, barely. Cambodia gains a lot of money out of tourism. Europe rather spends all its money on refugees instead of protecting itself from foreign threats. The Western and Central European NATO members spent $345 billion in 2022 for their military.
