That bird with the two red rings has been brought up with human contact since the day it broke out of its shell. Chances are it was brought up by it parents for the first few weeks/months until an age it could feed/fend for its self and be trained to maybe free flight and hunting. No way a wild bird...

If you zoom into the first birds feet you can see two red closed rings which are put on the birds feet within a week of the bird hatching. It gives the bird an I.D, so doubt this one had been plucked from the wild.

You are able to get greys from a market in Trat, I dunno where as I've never been but they are there. You can also get greys or other large parrots from PP.
