I was told by my friend that most serious accidents seem to result in hit and runs, hyperbole of course but fairly accurate? Incredibly sad.

I always wonder why those packages always wight slightly less than a kilo. I mean if I'd buy a kilo of such a chemical waste product I would at least expect 10gr free on top of it.
