I would have voted for complain & explain, obviously using diplomacy, but voting seems to have been curtailed.

Khmerhamster, I had similar problems recently & when I go to Angkor an official told me it needs Chrome to function fully, luckily I had another phone with Chrome and the official did everything for me, he was very good.
