If I want to buy something on Amazon, Ebay, Aliexpress can it be delivered? Does having a PO box help?

Also just got message from Call Kim, she doesn't prepare documents for business/working visa which has to be applied at embassy.

I just received message from him, name is John and charges $650 for preparing docs. for embassy, and then $360 for extending visa for 12 months

Has anyone dealt with them? If so, are they honest, reliable, how much they charge?
