Re: Seeking advice
I made a foolish mistake a few months ago and trusted a shrewd provincial bar girl. Of course, she turned me over. I lost everything - my bicycle, my laptop, my motorbike, my phone, my room, my cash, my security. Serves me right, I know! I don't seek sympathy. I ended up sleeping on the street and ...

Re: how worn out is your passport?
Mine is worn out yes. Some of the stamped pages have bled into each other because i got stuck outside during a tropical storm. Actually it would have been fine but i dropped the bag containing the passport outside in the dark and it got soaked. People in chain questioned it, but i made it through an...

Re: Relocating to Japan...
Went to Hanoi, Vietnam, and now Sapa, Vietnam (great hiking spot), I'm seeing a lot of similarities to the country of Cambodia. The people are pretty laid back. Cooler up here, for a nice change. Going south soon. Okay so took a train from Da Nang to Nha Trang. The weather in January is just plain ...

Re: New rules for foreign visitors to Malaysia
When i entered Malaysia I just got a stamp, no questions asked, big line, waited about 2 hours. I left 85 days later. On the way out they took a look at the passport for a few minutes. We get 90 days legally. I think they were trying to figure out how many days i have left before im over 90. Stamped...

Re: Experience w/ Asiana airlines + 2 hour transfer times
try kiwi dot com.
i just use it to spy flights that are not with the same airline, then book it direct through the airline that is listed. These are mostly self transfer hacks, if you can stomach entering a country then leaving, and boarding again and have time to spare.

Re: The amazing fake 20 dollars adventure
I have a lockable backpack. Theres company called Pacsafe that has lockable bags (I am not affiliated with them, just a customer). They also sell RFID blockers, and a metal chain that you can lock to a piece of furniture. Inside my locked bag ive got a tracking device as well so that i can see where...
